US Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d)
The Mission
What you’ll be doing
Be our representative for US-specific marketing and communications. Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure that OKRs and marketing plans are achieved.
Support conference and field marketing activities, including logistics, material preparation, and coordination with the US sales team.
Develop co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners and customers in our target markets, including wildfire agencies, carbon credits, insurance, and more.
Brainstorm and execute case studies, testimonials, and sales enablement materials tailored to a US customer's needs.
Suggest impactful optimizations and recommendations to US digital marketing campaigns.
Join the global marketing team in adapting brand messaging for American audiences.
Coordinate with vendors to supply necessary marketing materials and services for the US office.
Organize and report on marketing campaigns and initiatives for the region.
Format existing sales and marketing materials as needed.
Relevant Skills
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology, aerospace, or disaster management.
A degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
Native English speaker; Spanish is a huge plus.
You are proficient in all common office programs and know the basics of design-related programs like Adobe Creative Cloud.
Strong skills in storytelling, especially in turning complex technology into relatable benefits.
You have a high degree of independence, are full of creativity, and like to work in a result- and solution-oriented manner.
A knowledge of or desire to learn more about wildfire culture, technology, and science.
Deep project management and coordination skills, with a collaborative spirit.
Ability to work cross-functionally between time zones while communicating between different cultures.

A desire to travel as needed.
