This year’s International Wildfire Conference takes place at the stunning Dolce Athens Attica Riviera, just outside the city, surrounded by the Athenian coastline. The venue combines modern conference facilities with the charm of Greece’s Riviera, offering the perfect setting for two days of knowledge-sharing, networking, and inspiration.

The International Wildfire Conference is an exclusive, invite-only event. Once your participation is confirmed, you will only be responsible for your travel and accommodation costs – the rest is covered by us. For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Dolce Athens Attica Riviera at a reduced rate, available until September 6. Details and booking instructions will be provided once your seat is confirmed.
Icebreaker event: October 7
Start things off with a casual icebreaker evening on October 7. Enjoy some drinks, meet fellow attendees, speakers, and partners, and ease into the conference in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere before the conference begins.
Full conference access: October 8–9
Over the two main days, you’ll have access to all sessions, from keynotes to panels and workshops. It’s your chance to hear fresh insights, share ideas, and connect with wildfire experts from around the world.

No need to leave the venue to eat, lunch is covered both days. Enjoy a full buffet with plenty of options and take the time to keep conversations going over a good meal.
